We forget.

We're always focused, and I'm guilty of it as anybody.

We're always focused on what these players aren't instead of what they are.

And I think if you're honest and say, we're going to focus on what they are good at and then try and –

you know, bridge the gap on what they aren't.

And I think that's where, when we're talking about players, the Pettersons, the nurses, into Morgan Riley, it's how they all assimilate into the organization they're either currently with or into a new environment.

And, you know, like I say, I've got time for all of them.

With Petterson, I think it's a new environment.
