I I'm a big believer in a certain level of chaos
Is healthy.
I don't want to re uh to eliminate that chaos.
At at some point in time you have to reduce it and look at.
But chaos at some point in time is creating innov innovation, it's creating energy, it's creating uh cre um uh creating things.
And I want to really let um give the people the chance to create some chaos.
Of course we have to eliminate it uh at that point in time, being very, very, very
careful of introducing bureaucracy.
My learning is if you have introduced something, it is so hard to remove it again.
Right?
It is e very easy to introduce it.
It's almost impossible.
It's very um it's the same is true also for organizational layers.
People are leaving your company if you reduce layers.
Really good people are leaving that.
Nobody's coming to you 'cause you introduce one.
Right?
Um and nobody's getting super happy if you introduce one.
And of course you are pushed and I see that all the time, right?
Uh oh, is it uh too many people in in in the team on the um um or whatever.
