Well, thanks, Mark.

And I mean, just as you point out, we've done some research that showed a couple of interesting things.

One, less than a third of Americans believe that our civil discourse is healthy.

And that's a reason to be concerned because it's a threat to our democracy.

But the other number that was encouraging, 75 percent want to move past it.

And the point that you make, they're frustrated with it, and they want change.

So we've been working with a lot of different groups, with academic institutions, with elected officials, with sports organizations.

But one question that people have raised is, what can we do?

What is it that we can do as ordinary Americans?

And one of the questions, well, they want something practical.

So one of the things we did was, let's put together something very simple, civility handbook.

So actually for the last year, we've been working with scholars, with students, clergy, media to put together this handbook.

It's something that is nonpartisan, but it offers simple solutions that people can do to address this civility crisis.

It's free.

It's available.

In fact, I've got a copy right here.

It's called the Civility Handbook, and it's available at civilityhandbook.com.

There's also a digital version if people want to read the flipbook.

But if they just reach out to us, we'll send it to them.

And individuals, we've had teachers wanting it for their classrooms, elected officials wanting it for their state school system.
