I think we're in an environment now where, as you see in Capitol Hill and elsewhere, it's almost a case where elected officials determine their position on something based on how
the other party is on.
And so if so-and-so is in favor, I have to be against.
And that's not a, you know, that's a, it's, it's become a little bit of a, not a little bit, probably a lot of a zero sum game, right?
It's not enough for me to win.
You have to lose and we've got to get back.
And even as this was going on in previous administrations, and now you find a way for both sides to go away with a win in the business world.
You know, a good deal is a win-win.
Both sides can go back.
Nobody wants to be the one who says, I got nothing here.
Well, one thing I would do, and I think, and this is a small point, but it comes back to what you said about commenting on social media, is in the comments section, people will write a very thoughtful piece.
And then there'll be a thoughtful conversation in the comments.
And then somebody will come on and say something like, you deserve to die.
And that conversation just ends right there.
So one thing I would say, this is very tactical, but just, uh, I think anybody who comments ought to be signed in under the name that they subscribe.
So they're doing it because going back to social media, uh,
Part of the problem there is so much is anonymous.
People will say things when they're anonymous that they wouldn't possibly say face-to-face.
Yeah, absolutely.
So that's one small thing.
