That's correct. Yeah. You're so great at like digesting and bringing it back. Yeah, it's beautiful. That self right there in action, clarity. Clarity is one of those qualities of self. So you have such a good job of listening, thinking, pulling it together and bringing it back.

And I like that because everybody has a few minutes to check in, right, or a few seconds to check in throughout the day. And The simplicity of it being this four steps of checking in with the part makes it such that you can have this relationship to the part rather than why are you doing this? It's why the pain, right?

Or you have this space in your body to like see, oh, you know, I'm out of alignment right now. In those moments checking in are these moment to moment experiences of presence with bringing self to these parts. So I'll break it down for you.
