So I I ran the bathtub and threw whatever ice packs I could find in the freezer, in the bathtub, and emptied whatever was in the ice machine into plastic bags, put those in the tub, in the plastic bags. podcast-host

It just seemed like a better idea and made myself some kind of a weird ice bath to try and calm my skin. podcast-host

And and I'm literally thinking that I have like a centella toner that's supposed to help with redness and skin barrier and I should've put that on my invisible burn. podcast-host

But anyways, the cold bath helped a little bit and I got out and then it started burning again. podcast-host

I had to be I had to be submerged in water at all times or else I would burn. podcast-host

And nobody could tell I was burning on the outside, which makes you crazy. podcast-host

So then I stood in front of the fan, this fan, and that helped for a little while and then I'd walk away and then it didn't. podcast-host

So I did this spa circuit two or three times, shower bath, fan, shower bath, fan. podcast-host

It's been hours now and my skin hasn't burned off, thank God. podcast-host

So that I am thankful for and now I can finally relax about the burning and focus on the constant nerve irritation. podcast-host
