And it's really, really just involved with this one affirmation.
I am willing to heal.
and saying it in prayer, saying it in meditation.
And I started using it this morning.
Part of my experience writing this new book is actually living the practices.
So I'm practicing the practices every single day to make sure that they're locked in for me, but they're being given to me.
And so even just saying, I need help, just like I'm willing to heal, I need help.
It takes like such a weight off.
It's such a relief.
to just accept in the moment, I'm not alone.
