It's just a little spark of light right there.

And when we say our own prayers, that's why I like to say welcome only the guidance of the highest truth and compassion, being very specific about what you're welcoming in and then allowing it and being intentional at times.

I welcome Wayne's energy, but maybe Wayne's energy will.

Wayne shows right up when Wayne came to me once and he said, I will come to anyone who speaks for the light.

Right.

So I think he's just really swift, specifically.

Not all deceased loved ones are going to walk right in the door.

You're not going to be able to be like, hey, I want to talk to my husband right now.

He's right there.

Though they will show up eventually.

They will show up eventually.

But in the case of Wayne, it's just like... Think about it.

I was like, that sounds like him.

It feels like him.

How do we protect ourselves psychically?

I think this is really important because we do talk here on this show about opening up your psychic abilities.

We talk about channeling deceased loved ones.

We talk about connecting to higher realms.

But you can't just walk around wide open, people.

If you're walking around wide open, you're going to pick up just the same way if you walk into a crowded room and you're wide open.
