And it's made the whole data ecosystem probably a lot more confusing for people.
I respect that impulse a whole lot.
And I would say, first of all, that horse race coverage, polling coverage, is not the only thing you should pay attention to.
I hope people are also paying attention to policy debates, conversations about AI and every day the war.

And so to the extent to which that market takes up the new space, I think that we just have to do it responsibly because the desire to know the unknown is not going to go away.
And the best tool we have for understanding it is the scientific method.
Now, polling has become more complicated, but it's the closest thing we have to taking a

And in a democracy, I would hope we all agree that what the public thinks matters.
And trying to get an accurate sense of what they believe, whether they agree with you or not, is an important endeavor to undertake.
And so it is it is flawed.
And we have gotten high pro high-profile polling misses over the
past decade, but I don't think that's reason to throw the baby out with the bathwater, to try to just make a little bit of sense of of what we've seen.
