Most pollsters, if they are doing localized polling, it's just at the statewide level.
And so for house candidates, that can be really useful because there can be shifts in the electorate that are not nationalized, especially.

And so there can be more variable factors.
So, like, for example, if you're seeing a massive swing towards Democrats in South Texas or South Florida.
Those candidates may be reacting to things they're seeing in the internal polling that we just don't have a lot of access to publicly.
