And also the European actors has to be more at ease with working with ad hoc, issue based, flexible arrangements, minilateral arrangements to address the questions, some of the questions that previously was handled by NATO or the US powers.

Small group of states coming together, we already see one of the most successful examples of the European diplomatic achievement was like uh led by the E3, the uh France, UK, and Germany back then like started the Iran nuclear negotiation 2003, which ended in 2015 with the nuclear deal, which was a signature achievement of the European diplomacy.
