And I think relationships and surrounding myself with the good tactical people, with the good physios and sports scientists, I think is the combination that's kept me in the job for long and hopefully longer.

And believe it or not, at 12 o'clock today, I've got a Zoom call with 25 players.

That could be chaos, but I have it.

And that's going to be important to relay information.

They all want to know what's been happening with the announcements yesterday.

So again, talking is really important.

The players out of contract, again, we've spoke to individually about their situations and the potential of going into July and things.

So again, we keep that in-house with the club.

But it's...

They have this WhatsApp group, which I stay out of, but I get messages put on there.

I have four generals at the club.

Akin Femme was one of them.

Matt Bloomfield, longest serving player, is one of them.

And I relay messages through these guys and instigate some chat and some banter between them.

We've got clips going on every day.

Every player has these clips of his best parts of the season so far.
