And it's that little bit of roasted, caramelized flavour that's going to go into the sauce later on. matched

To make the sauce you need a couple of onions finely diced, two cloves of garlic. matched

knob of ginger, hundred grams of butter, tin of chopped tomatoes and some coconut cream, and then the garnish uh is going to be some matched

So how you make the dish then, you're g you have your um chicken grilling underneath the oven. matched

When the chicken is cooked through, just take it out, let it cool down. matched

It's time to make the sauce. matched

So a pot on, saute off your uh onions and your garlic, ginger, in half of the butter until it's nice and soft, and then in with the next batch of spices. matched

Two tablespoons of smoked paprika, half a tablespoon of turmeric, one tablespoon of ground coriander, one tablespoon of ground cumin, and a big tablespoon of garmosala. matched

Fry that off with the onions, garlic, and ginger for a minute. matched

This is quite a mild curry, and you'll smell your kitchen, it'll start to get really fragrant. matched

Then you go in with your tin tomatoes and your coconut cream. matched

Cook out that sauce for about twenty minutes. matched

Then season it up well with salt and pepper, and then in with your chicken that you've already cooked, then in with your cherry tomatoes and chopped coriander, and the rest of your butter goes in, and that's what helps the sauce thicken up. matched

And it'll be just like what you had last night. matched
