And then for the wet parts you need 220 grams of good Irish butter. matched

Press that into the into the tin, bang it into the oven twenty to twenty-five minutes, and what you're left with is this lovely little crisp flat jack. matched

Cut it into squares, wrap them up in a bit of parchment paper, they last in the press for three or four days. matched
