When the courgette blends up,
Now, there's none of the water.
You get rid of the water.
And then you blend this up.
Now, I mean, loads of lime juice, loads of fresh coriander.
And you're left with this green, kind of watery looking guacamole.
And I'm not making it sound nice, but I swear to God, it is delicious.
And it's so simple.
I'm actually intrigued by that.
Make it.
Yeah, I will make it.
So it's courgette, onion, garlic, salsa falsa.
So false salsa.
And I do think it's a brilliant thing to try and make at home if you're having friends.
Last year I'd done Thai food, as you know, and this year we're doing Mexican.
So we're some cracking drinks up there, like some really good spicy margs.
I was going to say frozen margaritas.
I'm doing some, I have a really nice tuna tostada up there, which is like, I'm buying the tortillas off Lily, which you fry them and they go crisp and we have it with a smoked black garlic mayonnaise.
