people that aren't from here like so somebody that's not national to Ireland they might come in to get a job and you take them in as a kitchen part or as a commie and then you very quickly see this person has a bit of flair here and then it's about trying to develop their love of food and ingredients where giving them books to read
showing them I use social sometimes to send to some of my chefs to say look at this chef sharing really cool techniques or their planting skills are really cool and that's the world that we're in now and there are tools that were never available to us when we were younger books were like I mean we're bookworms and I still I mean I've got books

I'm decent enough in the kitchen and would consider my cooking slightly above average, but I really struggle with the presentation.
Everything tastes great, but it looks very underwhelming when it's plated up.
Any tips for how I can improve this?
I was just going to say that's probably a big thing is having a nice pasta bowl for your pasta or that kind of thing.
You can probably use your garnishing though a little bit, you know, on a curry, even a few fresh herbs or like...
