Now, of course I m there was a a le a lady that worked with us in uh when I worked in Sydney, um I can't think it was her name.
I can't remember her name.
Anyway, she was she worked in the staff restaurant and there was one of the chefs was uh
uh French trimming some chicken breasts.
So he was taking the the the fat off round the wing bone and he had this big pile of chicken fat which normally would go into a stock.
Yeah.
And uh she was like, Oh no, I'll make lunch.
How can you make lunch out of just the trimmings of the chicken?
And she made this store free that I can still taste.
Like it was incredible.
And I remember talking to her about it.
She was like, Where I grew up, you know, there was very little to eat, we'd no fridge.
So like when we killed the chicken, every bit of that chicken was gonna be eaten.
