The Internet troll, the kind of person who pretends to be one thing, but they actually believe another thing to trip you up and to gotcha and catch you and fool you.
That is a very real political movement in this country right now.
It is reasonable.
I don't I'm not saying that this is exactly what's happening here.
But it is reasonable to be skeptical, to kind of think that maybe someone might pretend to be a Democrat and maybe actually they're a Nazi.
And they're just pretending to hold these political views so that they can fool the most vulnerable, foolable group of people in politics right now, that they might be aligned because they're desperate and they have no identity and they want somebody who's, quote unquote, relatable.
Like it's it's it's reasonable.
to think that this could be the case here.
I'm not saying that it is, but it's something to consider.
And I definitely don't think this is the time as we see a rise in fascism and authoritarianism when the Senate is more important than ever before.
I don't think this is the time to play with it.
And there are so many other candidates.
I looked at the Ballotopedia and I'd encourage other people to do the same.
There are so many candidates actually in this race.
And so there are so many opportunities to do this push and pull to see who is actually qualified, who meets the kind of a criteria and to vote accordingly.
Again, you know, I'm black.
I think about black people all the time.
There are 2%, 2% of the people in Maine are black.
I don't think that the comments about tipping are really gonna sink his campaign.
