decides to regulate and China, I mean, China is regulating actually far more than the U.S.
is and still managing to catch up quite quickly.
So I think there's like some assumptions that need to be tested here.
But you can change the risk landscape.
You can create kind of like a floor within your own country.
And you can also say like, hey, if you're a Chinese company and you want to serve models in the United States, you have to comply with these regulations as well.
That's what states have been doing, California, New York, Illinois.
If you want to serve models in those states, you have to do certain things.
