To answer your question, I think it was probably around the recovery side of things.
So, you know, again, I knew the science, you know, the science is always changing.
So I was just trying to find out, you know, what is the latest research saying?
Is it saying that I should sit in a cold bath?
Is it saying that should be contrast bath?
Is it saying, you know, that I should be sitting in the spa?
I think Stevie Johnson was actually head of the game because he would refuse to get into the cold bath from day one that he got there.
I can still remember some of the players challenging

When you're there, you're expected to work hard and make sure that you're working on your craft, you're getting the best out of yourself.
But I think you're right.
They understand that there needs to be a balance.
You know, football is just a game at the end of the day and we are very blessed or we've been very blessed to live out our dream of playing at the top level.
And, you know, we had leaders there that really, you know, drove those standards and made sure that everyone was working hard and getting the best out of themselves.
But when you're away from the club, they always encourage players to go invest time into other things that they were passionate about.
And I think that's very important.
