So you've got to make sure that you win enough games, firstly, to put yourself in your position to have a crack at winning a premiership, but also making sure that, you know, your list is fit enough.
You know, you're going to another level come finals time.
But they're just such special days.
They really are.
Every team goes into pre-season excited.
working to try and win a premiership and you've got to find that edge somewhere.
So when you get to that day and you get to the end of a game and you know, you know, you've been able to achieve that, it really is special.
And it's something, you know, even now, you know, you can reflect back, you can catch up with teammates, have a quiet beer, talk back to, you know, just how special of a day it was.
And that's a big part of the reason we play football is to win premierships.
So I'm thankful that I got to win too.
