Did they actually calculate that that was going to help them?
Did the was it was it luck?
Was it luck for them and bad luck for the rest of them?
Who knows?
But I think Ferrari weren't happy with this change, but you know, as I say, the FIA could push it through on safety grounds.
Um but it's it's one of those sort of situations where yeah, it's it's it was detrimental to Ferrari for sure, and it was advantageous to the others for sure.
So
So yeah, not not a good day for uh Fred Vassar and uh and the Ferrari mob but the day the FIA announced that's what they were gonna do.
But safety wise they needed it.
Yeah, interesting question.
I I don't think we've seen that problem arrive yet.
And and one thing that we've one thing that Formula One's quite good at is not reacting to potential problems, but then trying to react to actual problems.
We have seen a bet with Formula E where they've had a couple of containers that got burned down, I think at a couple of tests, uh whenever the battery pack decided it had enough.
Um
But as I say, in Formula One I don't think we've we've actually got to that point yet.
