You you learn every day, as I always say every day is a school day.

So there's if you learn every day, but the tools you've got around you are as important, if not more important, than uh than actually your ideas for development.

And it is the same

You know, Lewis Hamilton's an example of that saying he doesn't want to use it the um the simulator anymore because it leads him in a different direction.

You can get a perfect setup in the simulator, but when you get to the reality of the risk track, it's all a bit different from that.

So sometimes you've got to go with your gut feel as opposed to the numbers at the end of the page.

And you know, you need people that's got this gut feel about is that development that we're doing?

And those numbers are so so positive.

Are they actually going to turn into lap time?

Does it s does it does it feel like that?

Does it feel like they're going to turn into lap time?

Because you could you know you can get a bit more peaky downforce.

The driver just can't use it.

You get more consistent downforce, even though it might be a lower total uh you know, absolute number, then you do go faster.

And that's where I think McLaren are benefiting and saying they're getting more from the car than than they think the simulation tools that they're

they're predicting it with is given them.

And that's because they're they're they're working on this window of of opportunity for the driver to use the car a bit better.

And that always helps, you know, give the driver some some confidence and the driver will find you lap time as well as a little bit of grip here and there.

So yeah, they're in a good they're in a good tr trend.

Well, it's a step in the right direction.
