So let's let's see where they get to at the next uh at the next race before we try to make judgment on them.

It's gonna be a slog for sure.

I think if they can finish this season being um Q one contenders regularly, I I think that would be a pat in the back for them, to be honest.

Um I think that's the the step that they would be pretty happy with after this s the start of the season they've had.

Uh we don't know all the reasons, you know, there's lots and lots of reasons for all these things happening.

And obviously when you have a new factory like they have and all the new equipment

And all the new people and you've expanded.

It takes a while for all those guys to start to work together.

I know there's been quite a few changes in in personnel and uh and movement of people to sort of put them in different positions or create different uh different environments for them to get the best out of them.

And it takes time for that to all settle down.

Uh you know, I always say that if you start to change your company and you move one guy up the ladder, up one step of the ladder, everybody has

Has to move up another step of the ladder, and that immediately can be a three-month sort of delay in anything that you're trying to do.

So the the most important thing is get your structure right, get everybody happy in their positions, and then let them get on with it.

And I think that's what they're doing at the moment.

So what they've got to do for themselves is to show the momentum in the right direction.

That's these developments basically, that they they know what makes it tech.

They've got to

get Honda on board to accept the the fact that they were behind the the eight bowl um to start the season with because sometimes that's the important thing getting them to accept that they're where they are as opposed to actually uh trying to force it down the throat.

Um and I you know all of that I think is is is their plan for the rest of the season is get themselves into being a acute

two a Q three contender regularly, um, with a chance of scoring points, small points necessarily regularly, and then focus a hundred percent on next year because you know, next year they can't afford to start at the back.
