Part of that being authentic is I don't normally talk to strangers, but I was wondering how you were doing today yourself.
Like you can lead with that.
You can lead with discomfort.
That's part of being authentic.
So own who you are.

Both things are right.
I do think that we all have our peaks, those with whom we are comfortable.
And if you're not a member of the club, so to speak, it can be difficult to break in.
So, you know, I ask people to manage their expectations.
And the expectation isn't to break in and be a member of the clique or the club, but
The expectation is to say to yourself, can I simply make a connection with anyone?
And that's all you're out to do.
