So I imagine, you know, you've got that Burnley youth team, you see your first team working like that, you're going to work like that.

You know, I'd imagine that, you know, it reflects upon who you're surrounded by.

Obviously your parents growing up, your sort of influences in your changing room, your influences in your club.

But you're right.

I mean, I do feel sorry.

I've been coached with England for four years and some of the young lads, a lot of young players came into the squad over a four-year period.

17 and 18-year-olds and they're really quite vulnerable players.

You think of them, this sort of perception, oh, they're arrogant, they love them, they're actually quite vulnerable.

They've been thrust into a position that it's not easy for them to be able to cope with and I think ultimately there needs to be some sympathy.
