I've been coached with England for four years and some of the young lads, a lot of young players came into the squad over a four-year period.
17 and 18-year-olds and they're really quite vulnerable players.
You think of them, this sort of perception, oh, they're arrogant, they love them, they're actually quite vulnerable.
They've been thrust into a position that it's not easy for them to be able to cope with and I think ultimately there needs to be some sympathy.
