Gary, Wayne, there's a lot of talk over the last two or three years around your position, what's your best position, where you're going to play in this part of your career.

You seem to play in two or three positions tonight.

How has it been in this last couple of months, getting used to a new club?

And also, what position do you think you'll settle into at Everton?

How sweet was it scoring at the Etihad?

Obviously, his work rate's always there.

I mean, I have to say that just thinking about, sort of, he looked free, actually.

He looked free, looked like his touch was there, looked like his confidence was there.

Obviously, he scored two goals.

But I think it's as if over the last two or three years, people wouldn't have been satisfied until they'd seen him out of the England squad, out of the Manchester United team, away from sort of that.

And then all of a sudden, people might start to celebrate him a little bit more.

And what I've started to see in this last probably couple of weeks is actually it's been a tough ride for him sort of publicly over this last few years.

You just heard him there refer to a player that's not fit anymore.

But actually, he has a right not to be as fit as he once was.

The work that he's put into his career, as this is some of his clips from tonight, he held the ball well, he protected it well.

He pointed towards Calvert-Lewin, who I thought was outstanding.

It's the best I've seen him.
