And so it was seen as a violation of sanctions by the US government.

And more importantly, it was seen as unpatriotic.

This one, number five by Tyler Cowen, was a little bit controversial.

He says, the U.S.

government cannot nationalize these companies and then proceed to run them effectively.

And people were debating that, saying that it might be possible for the U.S.

government to own the labs in some way and leave them to their own devices to actually roll these things out.

So the government just says continue to improve.

Yeah, yeah.

And then on the other side, it's that, OK, these systems are actually extremely complex.

You look at the uptime of some of these systems, the research taste.

In fact, you need so many employees to make these products effective.

you actually need the international employees as well because they come up with great ideas.

Those are the two sides of the debate.
