That eventually there's enough of the earth, natural earth, for us to do what has happened before, which is start again.

I'll give you a very fast aspect of this.

A thousand years ago, there's a thousand little governments.

There's shoguns in Japan.

There's villages.

The guy has 300 people, and he's the chief.

Then it becomes what it was in your life and my life, which is about 190 countries.

But those 190 countries are really about five power centers.
