Painter and decorator.

So, you know, I can't help walking into places and comparing things going, I wouldn't have done it like that.

Four months because, yeah, four months I went back to work.

And they were still figuring out distribution.

But I didn't understand.

Again, you know, I compounded my stupidity with things like I didn't really know that you could sign a record deal.

Then you needed a distribution deal, which in the meantime, once we had delivered that record, got rejected by that said distributor.

So they dropped us.

So I just thought, what's part of the course?

I just was, I made a record.

It was just the most exciting thing I could imagine.

So when I went back to work, I was thinking, brilliant, fuck it.

I made the record.

I did it.

I mean, my, I didn't, I didn't have the perspective of what was possible.

I was in England, you know, in England, people were in bands and they'd either get in this thing called Top of the Pops and you'd have a hit record.

And then you do a tour, which was like nine shows.
