Like the motivation comes after, not before.
So the point that I wanted to say is hold yourself to a higher standard
Stop waiting for motivation and understand that if you focus on being process focused rather than outcome focused for the rest of the year, you're going to have a better time because you can just think, I think it's more enjoyable because it's just like, okay, if I do tick, tick, tick, tick today and I trust myself and I show up, I know that those little ticks are
are going to add up to a thousand ticks by the end of the year.
And that's going to get me there.
So focus on that and not the end thing, because it's going to be disheartening when you're like, I'm not there yet.
I'm not there yet.
And it's also not helpful.

No one's just getting to the end of me like everything was perfect.
That was great.
I had no challenges.
Like that's not happening.
So why are you expecting that to happen to you?
You've just given a business example and I feel like it's a good opportunity to give a fitness example because so many of us
have wanted to achieve a certain fitness goal for a long time.
Like I remember when I started at the gym, I was like, I really know that I want to lose 10 kilos.
I want to body recomp and I want to get strong.
So why is it that after four weeks we're pissed off that we're not there yet?
