It's actually insane.
Like I have done that before and I need to think, I need to call out anyone else doing that because it's just an unproductive way to think.
Like you've waited two or three or five or 10 years to achieve the goal.
You start and then you've cracked it that you're not there after three or four weeks.
Like we really need to think about how long it's taken you to get to whatever position you're in where you're unhappy and give yourself grace and
to figure it out.
Because if you're going from being sedentary, not really understanding nutrition, learning all the things, it is a learning curve, like learning the first day of a new job.
So why are you not viewing it the same way where you have these expectations and you're
In an ideal world, you would think, okay, the things I'm doing are for life because yes, I'm going to achieve the 10 kilo fat loss, but I'm going to learn how to do 20 exercises in the gym I've never done before.
Why do you think you need to do that week one?
You don't.
You don't.
You're going to learn as you go.

This is a long-term thing.
This is like a learning process.
it's going to be rewarding.
You're going to pick things up along the way and you're not going to have this pressure to have achieved your goal in this unrealistic timeframe where even worse, you give up after four weeks because you're not there yet and the cycle repeats itself.
And if you're one of those people
which I have been before, I just challenge you to think about long-term sustainable change.
