You might not because you're quite young.

And you used to go, and then you have to just sign it.

And then these chip and pin things came along.

People are like, I'm not tapping my contactless or I'm not using contactless.

You know, people are up in arms.

It's just everyday behavior now.

So every technology shift that comes along, anything that sort of bucks the trend, I think people get a little bit nervous.

I think the one thing with Janine is she is, I think, aware of and seems to be quite comfortable with the criticism.

She's not shying away from it.
