Ultimately, that kind of agentic AI is the end goal.

And as Janine said, it's really hard to dial AI back in.

So I know she was saying, you know, once we've created something, it's actually really, really hard to reverse engineer it.

It's there and that exists.

I mean, that's all well and good for, oh, we've not given our AI presenter enough humor.

Um, but in the wild world, that was a scary thought.

And this is, this is an observation outside of audio and outside of inception point AI, but it did get me thinking, I mean, what could it mean if one day an AI bot is accidentally built, you know, for being overly aggressive, uh,

and then it's coded wrong.

And all of a sudden there is this thing doing awful things.

You can't dial it back.

I mean, there are a few nightmare scenarios that, that this conversation kind of, um, that awoke in me, but, um,

We have a difference of opinion on this, and that's not a bad thing.

Whether or not this business is a success or not, call me naive, but I genuinely and firmly do not think that it will replace brilliant audio made by brilliant broadcasters.

I think there's always going to be a place where people want to connect with

their favourite podcast hosts, and of course their favourite radio presenters.

I think we get something out of waking up in the morning, putting the radio on and hearing someone we know, a real human voice connecting with us, starting our day in the right way.

I just don't think we want to wake up and hear from a bot DJ.

Look, that's not to say this isn't a tech that will work and thrive.

I just don't think it will ultimately replace that.
