Yeah, it's fierce.
You're stuck down with fear almost because there is the awful feeling that you might get this wrong because it happens relatively quickly.
And, you know, the...
They score or they don't score and jiggling all this around in your head as to who is doing well, it's not quite as straightforward as it seems.
And the great fear is that you've missed the moment that this kick is going to be the decisive one and they score and the celebrations are on and you haven't got it.
That's the big fear that you may mess it up.
And as you say, because it had never commentated, obviously, in a penalty shootout before.
So it was something that filled me with dread as it unfolded.
But thankfully, I got to the end of it.

Again, we're all there together.
Max and Tim and Jimmy McGee was there.
Jimmy was in the commentary box with me for that.
What was my first final?
It would have been the first one that he hadn't done.
He was there, he took part in it, but he didn't actually do the commentary, but he did take part in the broadcast.
Because Tim didn't want to just say, you're not doing it.
Tim was a great man for managing the situation in every way.
But anyway, I remember we drove to the game in our hire car.
Tim at the wheel with Max, Jimmy and myself, no co-commentator.
