Because Tim didn't want to just say, you're not doing it.

And this negotiation with the machine gun toting policeman actually worked.
And we were ushered through into the, not the VVIP, but the VIP car park.
And I was just agog at the brazenness of what he had just done.
And off the back of that, we get out of the car and we're right up by the stadium.
And I looked up at the Azteca Stadium.
I think, you know, we're going in here and in three hours time, the eyes of the world will be on this place and I'm going to be in there.
And it was just one of those pinch me moments.
