Hey, I've got this claim that I submitted.
I need someone to come out here.
And we kind of landed on the fact that like that is definitely not the right time to be using AI because it's such a personal, that specific scenario is such a personal call, right?
Like you've got to imagine someone's house just burned down or got flooded or got hit by a tornado or something crazy.
And they are picking up the phone in a moment of distress and they need help.
to have someone come out to their home to possibly restore their items that hold a lot of memories and a lot of sentimental value, right?
The last thing that person is going to want to hear on the other line is a robot.
Bar none.
No matter what, that's the last thing that they want to hear.
So in situations like that where you have an extremely personal event that has occurred that this person is reaching out to you for, funeral homes, right?
I know people that sell AI or do what we do for funeral homes, and I'm like, there's no way that I would ever do that because why would I ever want someone to reach out to a funeral home after a passing of a relative and then be met with an AI agent?
That's terrible.
I just can't believe that, right?
So in moments like that where you have a deeply personal situation happening, that's probably the last thing that you want, right?
That's when it might be worth, you know, in that specific business with that business model, that's when it might actually be worth, you know, the forking up the extra cheese to get real people on the line 24-7.
That's just one example of times when I've seen it go wrong and I've seen, thankfully none of our projects have been gone that way, but I've seen people, coworkers in the past and peers in the industry who have tackled projects that involve deeply personal conversations and it just never goes well because then they're stuck in a loop trying to justify why their service should stick around when it should have never been there in the first place.
Yeah, I mean, of course, it always depends on the person.
I know people who live in South Africa or like you said, Israel, things like that.
They talk like you and I. They're very personable and they're great.
