So my role was to support Lockie and the women. matched

They had just come back from that pretty intense lockdown. matched

They were really missing each other. matched

So it was the opportunity to matched

connect in, have a bit of fun, learn something new. matched

Um and I think ultimately that it's quite rare that you get to see an intimacy coach when you're in the new part of a relationship. matched

So hopefully they learnt some really great skills that they matched

can take away into the relationship. matched

And of course there's, you know, one relationship at the end. matched

But I think it's awesome to know that we are in a space that it is becoming really normal and expected that we get coaches, therapists, experts and professionals to support people in learning and exploring intimacy. matched

Well, I think uh f I do want to preface that there have been some amazing um people working in this space for years, years and years and years. matched

But now that we have access to this on social media, when of course we're not being shadow banned or blocked, matched

um that there is a greater access to finding all this information. matched

I have seen a few key things that have played a role. matched

So if we're looking at the Me Too movement, that was a very obvious um revolution and shift in recognizing that we need support in matched

Intimacy, people need uh to receive therapy, uh, to work through anything that has happened to them, but they also need to learn these really vital skills on how to be intimate with someone, how to develop a relationship and matched

since having those open conversations about sex, it's kind of snowballed into this really common thing. matched

And now we're seeing some, you know, incredible pleasure activists and influencers who are getting behind the messages. matched

So yeah, it is spreading. matched

pretty fast, but it of course there have been some incredible humans who have been really slogging away at this tirelessly for years. matched
