Bureau Chief Tim Rice has the latest.
A 21-year-old Ohio man has been arrested by federal prosecutors who say he threatened to kill ICE agents in several violent social media posts.
The Justice Department says Justin Maceo Nevoa made several online threats to shoot ICE officers, among others, prompting a federal investigation.
Authorities say a search of his home uncovered multiple firearms, ammunition, and tactical gear.
Investigators say Nevoa admitted to writing the posts.
He now faces federal charges and could be sentenced to more than 10 years in prison if convicted.
Meanwhile, Trump filed a $5 billion lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase and the bank's CEO Jamie Dimon on Thursday.
The allegations, it closed Trump's accounts in 2021 over woke motivations following the January 6th riot at the Capitol.
The suit says the bank violated its own principles when it terminated multiple accounts belonging to Trump and his business.
