That allows me to do that.
And this idea that you're failing, you have to take a work call when you're at home.

And I think also in the workplace, you know, as I've got older, if someone's phone goes and it's school, they know they can get up that minute and take that call and they can go to sports day and come in late or if it's the holidays and there's a dentist or whatever, whatever.

That is really important, is not to put that pressure on yourself to have a good work-life balance.
Because if you don't hate what you do, and you juggle it in a way that suits you, and everybody's setup is different, then that's right.
It's all.

I think it's funny because I think, I guess you don't, will you ever know you failed as a parent, you know, whereas you'll know in business, you know, if you hit the wall, you run out of money, you failed, right?

And, you know, that saying you're only ever as happy as your least happy child is... It's very true.
