And we did.

And they got an amazing response.

They're like, wow, that's really cool.

We're actually going to take that to our board and we're going to use that now to drive...

our own sort of brand positioning when it comes to campaigns.

And so that was really the start.

Yeah, we started shooting not very well, our team wearing the stuff that we were being paid to sell because I knew that they were going to connect with the audience more than some model in a concrete car park was or whatever it was.

So there was that side of thing.

And then we were very well known for our behind the scenes series, which was shot by a guy called Rich.

And we worked together for about a decade, almost, with him filming sort of fly on the wall, docu-style content.

And yeah, that came two reasons, really.

One,

we never could get any PR, like no one.

People used to say to me, oh God, they did this amazing feature on some entrepreneurs.

You should be in that.

I was never in it because they wouldn't write about us as a competitor.

So that combined with the fact that I love documentaries.

There was a three-part Vogue docu.

And I was like, well, this is the best thing ever.

This is all I want to watch.
