And that's the power of this.
Look, to me, it's about those moments, those moments of connection that are going to happen at the game on Sunday, but actually hopefully afterwards too.
And starting a conversation that's much deeper.
It's not just about, you know, are you okay?
How are you doing?
But actually, you know, hey, I'm here for you.
And those ongoing conversations and just normalising this stuff, making it part of the culture of the code, making it part of the culture of the game, where fans actually come to games and expect it.
you know um so so that to me is is what success looks like and just just people knowing that they're not alone one in two of us will experience some kind of mental health challenge in our lifetime so the numbers are massive and often the moment when someone reaches in and says hey i've just noticed you're not quite yourself or how are you going
That's often the moment someone goes, wow, okay, maybe someone does care.
Maybe I'm not alone.
Maybe there is a path to recovery here.
And that's, you know, every first step towards better mental health starts with a conversation.
And that's what Sunday's all about.
