And so it's a great platform to talk about this stuff and to move past just talking, but actually to remind people that organisations like Beyond Blue are there, free, 24-7.
And the earlier people actually connect and talk about this stuff and take that first step, the better they're going to be.
Beyond Blue will be there with our van and volunteers.

Well, look, what I love about this campaign is it moves past just awareness.
We've been talking about awareness and raising awareness for 25 years at Beyond Blue.
We now need to move to action.
We're one of the most literate countries in the world when it comes to mental health.
So this campaign actually, and it shifts the responsibility as well from blokes, the players, the fans, to actually all of us
And it says, we're not just relying on you to reach out to support when you need it, but actually for all of us to reach in.
And that I think is, you know, that's a game changer.
So we're delighted.
You know, Damien and I have also known each other for a long time.
Justin and I have just literally met.
He's very tall.
But we're really excited about what this means, what this can mean.
And hopefully it's a long term goal.
And look, all the research shows that the biggest antidote we've got, the biggest weapon we've got against stigma is people telling their stories.
