where I see myself and all of this.

I feel like in all honesty, a few things changed with that.

I met Robert and that changed who I was as a person because he just gave me this overall sense of confidence that I had never had.

never had in my life so he was a huge factor in that I got a manager which I'd never had before in all honesty and she and the whole team um never said my ideas were crazy and always just backed me to kind of pursue what I wanted to do creatively and then I think that helped me

reconcile the fact that I did know what I was doing and I knew what I was talking about.

And if there was going to be a meeting or suggestions and things, my voice was just as warranted to be heard as anyone else's in any room.

And again, I think it just comes back to who you surround yourself with at work.

So, you know, having Waleed on speed dial or, you know, being able to talk to Sarah Harris or being able to call Lisa Miller whenever I want and be like,

hang on, this isn't feeling right.

Am I crazy here or is it the situation?

And know that they will honestly tell me and be okay with them being like, nah, you're being an idiot.

Because that's happened too.

That's totally happened.

But I think that me being open and honest in as many ways as possible and not internalising everything is the only way that I've kind of fought against the people pleasing in a more practical sense.

But it's been really hard to unlearn and my default is always still

oh, they hate me or, oh, I've done something wrong or, oh, I didn't know that, they're going to find me.

So that is still a – I'm still a work in progress with that.

We all are.
