There is no training that you can possibly get that prepares you for going out dealing with debt.

It's not a normal thing for someone to deal with on a daily basis, and particularly where children are involved.

And we all have our different outlets as to how we try our best to get rid of that.

Some like to talk.

Some of us like to go for a little run.

And thankfully, you know,

we have great family support, you know, like I know I can go home and, you know, while I'll spare the details of the incident, obviously, you know, like I can say I had a bad day and, you know, you get, you know, there's like sometimes it's a hug, you know, like simple human interaction.

You know, and, you know, it does look affect sleep sometimes.

And, you know, but it's just part and parcel of the job we do.

And we hope that after a couple of days, you know, it starts to go away again.

But unfortunately, it's inevitable.

We are going to be at another road traffic accident with serious incidents, you know.

I suppose like there's so many, like they all kind of intertwine these days.

There's, you know, but a lot of the time it's lack of attention.

Lack of attention, be it that it's to mobile phones, like, you know, everybody these days, you know, has a mobile phone.

It's constantly going off, you know, be it a notification from social media, an email, a text.

And it is going to catch, you know, catch you out because somebody will, you know, will look away at the wrong time.

And there'll be a collision happen.

And then if they're going too fast, you know, if they're travelling at speed and they take their eye off the road for a second because of a phone or because of whatever, it distracts them.

When they look back, it's too late.
