It allows you to keep your employees and your team accountable.

Very cool.

I would tell you to just, um, you know, team, you know, I believe in partnerships.

I believe in really building the right team around you.

I wouldn't be where I am.

So, I mean, just continue to, you know, focus on making that team as strong as possible, empowering them.

Um, I learned that, you know, you know, initially my first business, like I said, it was only like four or five of us.

What would have happened if I really would have scaled that out and built a team even bigger, maybe it would have took that 10 million in revenue to a hundred million revenue.

Um,

So, you know, surround yourself with people that are going to that are aligned with your vision and goals and help you get to the top.
