there was the full-time psychologist available and we lost that and now it's been repaired?

Is a psychologist's presence on game day necessary to you?

So without prying too far, was that something that came, that arrived in your career at some point, something that you hadn't always had?

The less obvious, and this will be interesting to see how it works, the establishment of industry-wide psychological fitness to play best practice guidelines, which these things I imagine can go two ways.

They could either be very useful or they'll become highly bureaucratic.
