I don't want to start any conversation without asking, how's Craig?

And then from a whole of club and every level from the older administrators to the youngest player that this centers on, well, he is the central figure in the club's history and revered and obviously loved is that much was clear in the celebrations around his 500th game.

How's the club gone about absorbing us?

The Ricky Stewart sentiment, I think, cut through really deeply.

It's time for Craig to look after Craig as his chief executive.

Is that the sort of thing that you express to him?

How do you go about those conversations?

How does that marry up with what would normally be the desperation of a successful football club to get back on the winner's list?

Is that reaffirming?

Because when a club has had such success and I imagine there is a risk of, who knows what happens when a club suddenly it can fracture or it can galvanise.

And I imagine you've had a pretty keen eye for that.

Is it reaffirming in what's been built at Storm that it's not just the heady times as this culture has held together?
