Again, I don't think he was the reason why they ended up where they were every year.

To me, when you hear retread, you think of guys who are in their 50s or 60s.
He's 43, and he's had a tremendous amount of experience in a lot of different situations, which I also think is something that you need to tap into.
And I wouldn't be afraid to do it, and I think ultimately maybe they will.

But if he's still out there, because I think he's the next guy to fall, I think he's going to end up with somebody sooner rather than later.
And if you want to talk to him, you better do it sooner rather than later.
Bring in the best guy for the job.
You have a resume that has gone through a whole bunch here in his time.
At 43, I guarantee he's gained a lot of experience about how to do and not to do things in the NFL and what works and what doesn't work.
He's seen it firsthand with his own organization there.
To me, that's an asset.
