And to be fair, it's actually nice because we don't have to travel.

So it's perfect for a change of an event.

We're big fans of that.

Oh, man, I think my first year, Bob, or first, like, 13 months, I drove 110,000 kilometers.

So it took me a couple years to figure out I could actually fly.

So I don't know what that says about me.

But in those days, too, there was no academies, right?

So if you wanted to see Carrie Price, you had to go to Williams Lake.

And if you wanted to see Chris Beach, you went to Sycamuse, or Bagerville, or Kindersley, or wherever you went.

So it's a little different now with the academies.

All the best players are sort of all in one spot, right?

But in those days, yeah, if you hustled, that was really the key.

Yeah, so, you know, I was probably one of the first guys to actually go and visit families in their home.

A lot of the bigger agents were just calling from Toronto or wherever.

And, yeah, the days of the big defensemen, so I think I might have had like five or six or seven first-round picks in the first three years.

So I sort of got lucky in terms of timing.

Yeah, with our young guys, we do video work with them.

You know, our pro guys not so much because they've got a lot of coaching.

And once they're there, I think we're just trying to help them any way we can.

But our young kids, I know there's so much information out there now.
